## What makes the products different

Every piece is made by hand in the brand's own workshop in Istanbul rather than mass-produced, so colours and patterns are produced in small runs. The Apple earphones are genuine Apple EarPods — Lightning or USB-C — that Happy-Nes finishes with a hand-woven cover, so the product keeps original Apple audio hardware with a non-standard exterior.

## Shipping

Orders ship worldwide from the brand's own warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey, with DHL for most destinations and ARAMEX for the Gulf and wider MENA region. Shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, starting around €14.50 within Europe. **Shipping is free on all orders over €150.** Estimated delivery after dispatch: Europe 2–3 business days, North America 3–4 business days, rest of the world up to 5 business days.

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local VAT, import duties or taxes set by the destination country and payable by the recipient.

## Returns
