Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your Happy-Nes pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns, exchanges and refunds work.
Your right to return (14-day cooling-off period)
You may return a product within 14 days of delivery (or from the day the order reaches you, or a person you've authorised to receive it). To start a return, email us at within this period with your order number.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, undamaged and in fully re-usable condition, and repacked as it was received.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by you. Please use a tracked service — we can't take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Once we receive the product in good condition, we'll refund the full purchase price within 14 days. Depending on your card provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your statement.
- We reserve the right to decline a return that doesn't meet these conditions.
Items that can't be returned
For hygiene and product reasons, the following are not eligible for return or withdrawal:
- Hygienic products such as earphones
- Handmade or tailor-made products made specifically for you
- Products whose value fluctuates, such as items containing gold or silver
For these items we may, at our discretion, accept an exchange instead.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you — return shipping included.
Exchanges
Prefer a different colour or style? Contact us and we'll do our best to arrange an exchange where possible. If we accept an exchange and there's a price difference, it's paid in advance.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund you're expecting, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing can take a few days. If you've done this and still haven't received it, email and we'll look into it.
