Mint, peach, lilac and raspberry take turns along the cord, candy-stripe spirals twist through the pastel bands, and the beads look good enough to eat — clear cubes with pink, blue, coral and lilac centres, little loops of mint, coral and fuchsia seed beads, and three tiny charms: an ice-cream bar with sprinkles, a pink-and-gold charm and a striped bead drop.
