RETURN & EXCHANGE:
All products purchased on the Website may be returned within the following time frame at your own risk. You need to inform us the following within the below mentioned principles, from the contact details at our Website;
 Your request to return the product(s) within 14 days cooling off period after delivery (or into the possession of a third party who is authorized by you)
 The product must be in full capacity and re-usable condition without any damage and it should be re-packed as received.
 Once we receive the product in good condition, we will refund you  total amount of the item purchased within 14 days. The delays may occur depending on your card bank and we shall not be liable from that.
 We have the full discretion to accept or reject the return.
 All return and change cargo fees are at your disposal.
However, hygienic products, like earphones and the Products that are tailor-made designed for the Buyer and the Products which their value is changeable like gold, silver are exempted and withdrawal is not possible. You can ask for change and we may accept it. If we accept your request to change, you should to pay the price difference in any, on prior.

SHIPPING:
Shipping Times: We do our very best to ensure that you receive your Happy-Nes products as fast as possible. Our products are distributed from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
We aim to deliver; for Europe in 2-3 business days, for North America in 3-4 business days and for other countries up to 5 business days. However due to this unprecedent situation, the delivery times may vary. We shall keep you updated in due course.
In your order confirmation e-mail, you will also find your order number. Please save this to check the shipping status and also for customer services.
Shipping Charges : Shipping cost for the orders are calculated automatically by our system.
Your orders will be shipped with DHL.
Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package
reaches your country. We cannot specify exactly what these charges may be. So we strongly advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
We do not take responsibility for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping.
